Alliant Power is pleased to announce the release of AP63646 Remanufactured High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Kit for the Navistar® application listed in the table above. Each pump is remanufactured in-house and bench tested to ensure desired performance. In conjunction with this release is an update to AP0073 High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Installation Kit which now includes the engine to HPFP electrical harness and related components. Alliant Power recommends replacing this harness 100% of the time when installing AP63646 or reinstalling an existing pump. AP63646 HPFP Kit includes the pump and updated AP0073 HPFP installation kit. AP0073 HPFP Installation Kit is also available separately for reinstalling an existing pump. Both AP63646 and AP0073 kits are part of Alliant Power's value add EXCLUSIVEKITS line providing all necessary components to complete the job! Alliant Power recommends installing the updated AP63480 Fuel Supply Hose for MaxxForce® 7 EPA 2010 engines built prior to 04/06/2011. For further information on the fuel supply hose refer to NPA 09/14.

3) Please package the return core(s) the same way we shipped your order.

4) Place the Return Label over the original label.

5) Drop the box off at the shipping company that delivered the package.

6) We will credit you back when the core is returned via the same method you paid.  

7) The core returned must be the same as what you purchased.
